ktx8 Platform Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the ktx8 platform and all its services. When you register an account, log in, or use any service on ktx8, you automatically agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to stop using the platform.

1. Definitions & Interpretation

The terms used in these Terms & Conditions are defined as follows:

• "Platform" — The ktx8 website (https://ktx8.lat) and all services operated under it.
• "User" or "Member" — Any individual who accesses services through a registered account on ktx8.
• "Account" — A user's personal registered profile used to access services on the platform.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional funds, free bets, or rewards provided by ktx8.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The total bet amount required to make a bonus eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" — Sports betting, casino games, fishing games, slots, and all related online gaming activities.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The following conditions must be met to use ktx8's services:

• The user must be at least 21 years of age.
• The user must participate on the platform voluntarily and in sound mental condition.
• The same individual may not operate more than one account.
• The user must provide accurate and complete personal information.
• Account passwords and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account at ktx8, you must provide your correct name, mobile number, email address, and required identity information. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided.

3.2 Account Verification

ktx8 may request identity documents, proof of address, or other documents for account verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents promptly may result in temporary suspension of account activity.

3.3 Account Closure

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any balance must be withdrawn before closing the account.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ktx8 currently supports the following payment methods:

• bKash — Mobile financial service
• Nagad — Mobile financial service
• Rocket — Mobile financial service
• Bank Transfer — Via major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

4.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

• Minimum deposit (all methods): ৳100
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
• Standard withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Users must complete the account verification process before requesting a withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made from the active account balance. Withdrawals will be processed through the same method used for the deposit wherever possible. ktx8 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for any suspicious transactions.

5. Bonus & Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ktx8 offers new members a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Bonus examples:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → Total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳10,000 → ৳8,000 bonus → Total balance ৳18,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not the deposit and bonus combined). For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus balance and any winnings earned from the bonus will be forfeited.
• ktx8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

6. VIP Membership & Rewards Program

ktx8's VIP program has five tiers in total. Each tier provides weekly cashback and exclusive benefits:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tier upgrades are based on the user's activity and participation on the platform. ktx8 reserves the right to change the criteria for VIP tiers.

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

ktx8 ensures a safe and fair environment for all members through fair play practices and SSL encryption. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Hacking, using bots, or applying automated software on the platform's system or games.
• Deceiving or providing false information to harm other users.
• Identity fraud or submission of forged documents.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Collusion — multiple users working together systematically to claim bonuses or rewards.
• Coordinated betting against the platform or arbitrage betting.

If any such activity is proven, the relevant account will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

ktx8 treats the protection of users' personal information as its highest priority. All personal information provided on the platform is secured using SSL encryption technology. 9. Responsible Gaming

ktx8 believes in responsible gaming. We consider betting and gaming a form of entertainment — not a source of income. Users on the platform may use the following features:

11.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, ktx8 reserves the right to investigate and determine the correct result. The platform reserves the right to void any winnings obtained from a faulty game.

11.3 Limitation of Liability

ktx8 is not liable for any direct or indirect loss suffered by a user if it results from the user's own actions or those of a third party. The platform is not responsible for issues arising from internet connectivity problems or device failures.

12. Account Suspension & Closure Policy

ktx8 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• A proven breach of the Terms & Conditions.
• Detection of false or fraudulent identity information.
• Discovery of suspicious financial activity or fraudulent behaviour.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• The user submits a self-exclusion request.

Any legitimate balance (subject to bonus terms being met) will be returned to the user before the account is closed.

13. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, the user should first contact our customer support team to seek a resolution. In the event of a dispute, the logs and records held by ktx8 will be considered final evidence. If the matter cannot be resolved through support, both parties will attempt to reach a resolution through mutual discussion.

14. Changes to Terms

ktx8 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. For significant changes, users may be notified at login or via email. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. General Provisions

If any part of these Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining Terms will continue in full effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and ktx8 and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.
